Connecticon was fun! Unfortunately due to time constraints and the fact that it was 90 out, I didn't wear my RED Spy coat. I had made it out of 100% wool suiting, so even if i had managed to complete it in time I think I would've been ten times as miserable :c The heels I was wearing weren't painful, but I was walking in them for 16 hours total for hte convention so it added up...
Not everyone recognized my cosplay but that was fine, I still had a lot of fun running up to Ezios in my Leonardo mask, giving them hugs and such :'D They were all very good-natured about it and thought it quite funny. I met another cosplay who looks EXACTLY like Lucy from AC, it was almost creepy, but she was so adorable! I also saw Carlos Ferro again, who surprised me and actually recognized me! I figured with all of the cons he goes to he wouldn't have been able to know it was me, but I guess I was wrong
And I got to meet a great Joy and Sorrow cosplayer couple! Unfortunately I wasn't Ocelot when they were going as them, but I was Ocelot on Sunday where I saw them again (one out of costume, the other going as DiZ). They said they'd be going to Anime Boston, so I have really high hopes for meeting up with them again and having an awesome time as us MGSers always do at AB.
I was definitely wiped out for a few days after the con... I didn't get too much sleep OR food (because the restaurants, unlike AB, are further away and required a good deal of walking and then waiting to get to). However I've been recovering nicely, and have been trying to eat healthy to compensate for all the crap I ate at the con. Speaking of lack of sleep, the raves were pretty god at CTcon this year, much better than AB previously (then again, if it wasn't for the AB rave I wouldn't have run into my current boyfriend hurhurhur).
Soon I'll be making a list of cosplay things that need to be started/completed. The last two cons I've been rushing my cosplay stuff, and it's really an unpleasant feeling to be making a c osplay last minute and realizing you can't finish it in time. Of course, it's partly my fault, but I'd still like to get everything done for next AB well ahead of time so that way I don't have to worry about school and cosplay projects at the same time.

Been a while...
I honestly have no clue who even updates their DA anymore?? MY life has changed kinda drastically in comparison to my last post. Some for good, some for worse. I haven't draw regularly in a while, and with my tech school trianing coming up I might not have any time for it either. But before then, I'm trying to make the most of my artistic endevors.
Next cosplays are looking to be MGSV Ocelot, and hopefully I can finish up Leonardo DaVinci before May. Also doing a kinda low-effort version of Adam Jensen from Deus Ex. My father was kind enough to buy me the official Musterbrand coat, and it's actually an amazing piece of clothing. I just figur
PAX East wrap-up! Future Con plans
Hey there people! I don't post much on DeviantArt anymore. I'd say I post more on Tumblr, but that would be a huge lie...
Anyways, I went to PAX East for the first time a few weeks ago - and IT. WAS. AMAZING.
On Friday I cosplayed Fem! RED Spy, for which I finally completed my wool coat for. As a result, when we got to the con, I was operating on only three hours of sleep :'D I managed to sleep a little on the way to the convention, but we got a bit lost due to the fact that Boston is a prank played by highway engineers.
I got a pretty good response, not everyone recognized the character, but heey, that's what you get for doing a genderben
Cosplay/life updates
A lot has been going on for me lately! I fortunately caught up with school, and completed a photoset for my scoodie with the assistance of the fabulous ~Sky-Gear (https://www.deviantart.com/sky-gear) for taking of the photos. I swear, she should really go into photography! However, since she is such a perfectionist, she insisted on doing another photoset because she didn't like the one she already took. While I don't mind having a reshoot, I still plan on posting one or two of the pictures of the previous shoot on here so you guys can get a taste of what's to come.
For the scoodies, I plan on having a total of 10 commission slots open, and once they fill up, I don't plan on
Brief update!
I've been sick, and it's put me pretty far behind on my schoolwork. So I probably won't be on here much.
As I mentioned earlier as well, most of my artworks are going up on Tumblr instead of here. I'll still be using this DA for cosplay-related stuff, but if you're more interested in my sketches, then I suggest you go over to my Tumblr. Soon I'll be putting up some pictures form my CTCon, which have been a long time coming... You'll get to see my RED fem!Spy cosplay, so that is also good~
I've also finally finished the pattern for an AC scoodie, which I'll be putting up on here and my tumblr so that you can get a good look at it and also or

I sat with the Boss and Sorrow during the Masquerade Rob was two rows behind us, so I was telling them about our MGS family at AB, and Rob's shenanigans >.>
I'm working with my BF about convincing his parents to let him come to AB; think you could bring your AC costume there? =o He loves AC and I love you So I figured it'd be nice to get him an AC cosplayer to derp around with and fan over the series XDD
